Small dinners at local restaurants
Invite 10-12 members to dinner at a local restaurant, for both networking and discussion of relevant topics
Social hours
Find a local bar or restaurant that can dedicate private space to a happy hour - the group can provide light refreshments, with a pay-your-own bar for drinks.
Volunteer events
Choose a local group such as a homeless shelter for women, where you prepare and serve dinner; or an organization such as L’Arche for people with intellectual disabilities, where you sponsor a Halloween party.
Hold a clothing drive for women who need business clothes to find jobs.
